Vendor Information
Registration with a deposit (or payment in full) secures your spot for the retreat.
*NOTE: Vendor spots are first come, first served. Space is Limited.
For Our Vendors:
- You are entitled to one 6'x6' area with one 6'x30" table (provided). All merchandise, displays, signage must be contained within the allotted 6'x6' space.
*PLEASE NOTE: If you need additional space or plan to bring extra tables/displays, you must register for an additional 6’ space ($25). Only one extra space per vendor can be requested (if available/approved). An extra table will not be provided for the additional space. If additional space is reserved and approved, Vendors may bring their own additional table(s)/displays to use as long as all merchandise, displays, signage are contained within the allotted 6’x12′ area.
This policy helps ensure fairness, consistency, and a smooth event setup for all participants. Thank you for adhering to these guidelines.
- Minimum attendance: Saturday 10am to 8pm (can arrive as early as 4pm Thursday; KraftRoom closes Sunday at 3pm)
- Vendors to supply 1 donated raffle prize & host 1 class of your choice (Class fee to be determined by vendor/if applicable)
- Vendor fee $50 (if additional display space is reserved, Vendor fee $75)
- Overnight accommodations available @ group rate (booked separately; breakfast included with hotel stay- 2 people/room)
- Meal plans available (see registration form)
