By submitting your registration form, you agree to accept KraftyMoms Retreats' terms as follows: I release KraftyMoms Retreats, any retreat affiliates, Kristyn Osborn and Michaelyn Hunter from any liability with regard to my travel to/from the event or attendance while at the event. KraftyMoms Retreats, any retreat affiliates, Kristyn Osborn and Michaelyn Hunter are NOT responsible for lost or stolen property. With my attendance, I realize that I may be included in publicity photos. I hereby give my consent for the use of these photos and/or comments in future KraftyMoms Retreats promotional material. KraftyMoms Retreats reserves the right to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances and is not responsible for any associated costs (such as travel) incurred by registrants. I agree to the cancellation policy. *
